Tufted Puffin Family - Fine Art Print on Paper (Low Stock)
Did you know a baby puffin is called a puffling? Here a little puffling pokes their nose out of a burrow hidden amongst the grasses on a west coast offshore island. One parent returns home from fishing with a bill full of small fish for dinner, while the other, who has been waiting, looks on.
This acrylic painting was created in 2015 as part of my scientific illustration training. The print here is on 8x10" paper for standard-sized framing, and comes with an archival sleeve and acid-free backing for safekeeping until it can be framed. You may like to have a specialty mat cut with or without the white border. If you go mat-free, please use a spacer or a shadow box frame to keep the print off the glass!
